Refund policy

All of our products carry a money back guarantee starting on the date the product is delivered to you and extending 30 days from that date.

To return a product, please fill out the online form provided at SkinnyHW.com. You will be contacted via email by a member of our staff. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.

Products that come with a money back guarantee will receive a refund of the purchase price less applicable shipping, handling, and/or applied sales tax. If you are required to ship the product back to us, you will receive by email a printable, pre-paid return shipping label from a major carrier. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit and we reserve the right to charge for or not refund any amounts attributable to any such lost or damaged products.
